This new process is also your records management system that will keep track of your age, dues, and paid through status, as well as your gate card information. Some of these features are currently under construction.
Membership runs Calendar year (January 1 to December 31) New members are not pro-rated, (if you join in the middle of the year, you pay for the full year).
New Members
Now new member applications can be processed between November 1st and April 1st. Make sure you look at which year you are applying for.
Orientation walk throughs are scheduled last Thursday of each month 6pm sharp, April through September.
All Existing Members
****If you are an existing member renewing after April 1st your late fee will be added to your renewal if processed online, if you mail in your renewal without the late fee, your renewal will not be processed and we will not call you. No exceptions as always. The Late Fee is an additional $10.00!! If you do not renew before April 1st, your gate card will be deactivated, but please retain your gate card as we can reactivate it once we receive your dues. Replacement cards are $20.00. This is a full time job for the membership secretary which is a thankless job. There is no pay for the membership secretary position and it is hard to find a good secretary!!
You will see required fields on the form, this is to prevent duplication of records, please try to use the same name you used when you became a member, if you don’t remember it was Bill instead of William try both and see if your record comes back. You will need an email address for this. If you do not have an email, you will need to print the renewal and mail it in.
There is a “Dues Reminder and Meeting Notice” sent out in January and it’s the only dues reminder you will receive. For the “Snow Birds” that for some reason do not get your mail forwarded (Bulk mail is not forwarded or held), it’s your responsibility to get your dues paid on time!! It is advisable for Snow Birds to perhaps pay for 2 or 3 years in advance.
Membership Dues
- Below 65 years of age : $40.00
- Age 65 to 79 : $30.00
- Age 80+ – If you have been a paid up member at age 79 you are a Life Member and your dues are free!!
